You may have read my post a few weeks about the Curve Fashion Festival taking place in Manchester. I was fortunate to be invited along and made the journey up with some of the blogger babes I call friends.
I was excited to see what the event was about and how it was executed. With meet and greets, brands selling and catwalk shows I knew we'd be in for a treat. I was also excited to know that people whom have inspired me were going to be there.
Leaving Euston at 8 am (after a crazy dash just making the train) myself, Hollie, Lucie & the lovely Hayley (who also had a second to get on the train :p) had a fun two hour trip up to Manchester.
I was fortunate to have been chosen to model for Lisa Riley's new clothing range 'just be you' so got to the venue as quick as I could to make my modelling debut.
After I made me way through seeing some new and some familiar faces from the brands on show and bloggers attending.
The atmosphere was electric and you just had a sense that the event knew what it was doing. I found everything clear, although a floor map of where brands were placed would have been helpful.
The catwalk shows were great, but the models could have been bigger. You could see some clothes were too big for the model wearing them and I just really couldn't relate to the sizes on show. But the brands and the styling was fantastic.
I met so many babes and loved seeing familiar and new faces. I honestly can't wait until next years event.
Excited on the train
